In the app (fastest)
In the Noty app on your iPhone or Android phone, go to Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email privacy@notynot.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Noty account”. We check that the request comes from that address, delete the account within 30 days (usually within two working days), and email you when it’s done.
What is deleted
- Your account: email address, name, date of birth, password hash and Google account ID.
- Your sign-ins on every device, and any pending sign-up codes.
- Your Noty Pro waitlist entry.
What is kept: counts of AI and voice requests (for our cost totals), with no link to you. Notes, reminders and chats were never on our servers: they stay on your devices until you delete the app or its data.
Noty Pro
If you have an active Noty Pro subscription, cancel it first (or ask us at support@notynot.com), then delete your account.
